OUR STORY

We are Fabrizio and Alessandro Votta, owners and hosts of the historic Tana de l’Ors inn since 2008. We will welcome you with care and attention in our lodgings, and assist you in organizing your stay in the Zoldo Dolomites. We shall also spoil you at a table in our restaurant, for a quick but delicious lunch menu, or in the evening with a more elaborated à la carte menu.

Equally high quality accommodation, very clean mini apartment, equipped with all comforts, with excellent sound insulation, excellent mattresses, kitchenette with everything you need including a kettle. It is not easy to find such passionate restaurateurs who live for their work. You can feel the competence, taste, respect for the preparation and for their guests through the food, in the restaurant design and in the air you breathe. It is worth enjoying good food in a fine environment. The quality-price ratio is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable. My sincere congratulations to these two brothers and their staff!

    LUNCH PROPOSALS

    At lunchtime, to meet some of our customers’ needs, we offer a faster and more informal menu, nonetheless using quality ingredients and  maintaining a careful preparation.
    Lunchtime, from 12 to 3pm (until 4pm at weekends) choose from what the restaurant offers, cold dishes, sandwiches and Orsoburgers.

    OUR CHEF NICOLA

    Chef and Sommelier of La Tana since opening, Nicola still manages to surprise us and our guests. Extremely experienced and capable, he varies from traditional cuisine to the most contemporary cooking. The leitmotif of his proposals: delicately balanced dishes, where the main ingredient remains the undisputed protagonist, whilst other unpredictable flavors dance around harmoniously.
